Bob Evans in Jamestown

Great customer service!! The place was full on a Sunday, but only had to wait like 15-20 min. The staff was very courteous and smiling all the time. Wait time for food was reasonable. The food was really tastyl. I was really happy having breakfast at this location.

Fast service on a Sunday morning was decently busy Food was amazing. Friendly staff although felt a little rushed like they wanted us to leave right away.

Ordered the pot roast homefrys with scrambled eggs and extra cheese and toast. There was two stringie, dryed out pieces of pot roast. The homefrys were raw on the inside and greasy. I have no clue what they" butter" there toast with... BECAUSE IT WASN'T BUTTER 😝 . And the extra cheese HA!!! If there was a teaspoon on there I would be shocked. They should be ashamed of calling themselves Bob Evans!!!

Decent food. Safe option for most appetites. Service was a bit slow on a Saturday afternoon.

The meal was perfect, the staff was friendly, the service was excellent. In and out in 40 minutes.

They have a new menu. I had multi grain pancakes very good. My liked her meal 2. Hamburger & salad. Fast service & reasonable.

my husband had the pot roast and it was delicious. I had the turkey sandwich and it was okay. I thought that perhaps the picture looked as if the bread was toasted.

Service was poor, barely any attentiveness from our waitress, both orders were received wrong, and when we brought up that we didnt receive our sausage patty it took over 20 minutes to get them. Also, why does it take 30 minutes to make ROOM TEMPERATURE food!?Overall a very annoying experience, a good reminder to NOT bother with chain resturaunts.Also why are we expected to pay a waiters wage? How about these businesses pay a living wage to their employees instead of making us feel guilty for not tipping!

Last few visits have been disappointing. Was there last night for dinner and ordered the Boarder Scrambler Omlet. The potatoes were raw, there were big chunks of raw onions in it and the salsa was very watery. To make it worse, the wait staff was cleaning the tables right next to us, pulling them out and sweeping. The restaurant was half empty but she choose to do the three tables directly adjacent to us. It was annoying and inconsiderate. Not likely to go back anytime soon.

Went with 9 people. Got seated very quickly & waited on immediately. Waitress was very good- friendly & came back a few times to see if we needed anything else.

Great food at an affordable price

Biscuits and gravy were on point, I had to have more so I ordered whole another bucket to take home. So sooooo good.

Fast, friendly service. I had ordered on this visit the veggie goat cheese omelet with home fries and biscuits. They even had honey on the table that I could put on my biscuits. I liked my food and the presentation on my plate was nicely done. The restaurant was clean and it was a calm atmosphere.

I would have given 5 stars. However I asked for sandwich to go so I wouldn't have to stop on my drive to Detroit. The answer was they are not setup for lunch at 8am. I can make sandwiches 24/7 if I were at home. They must be making a lot of money to turn away business like that.

Bob Evans is always pretty good. I go here for breakfast when I know I may want to sit and talk with company for awhile. I know the smaller mom and pops joints don't have the room so they appreciate it if you eat and leave so they can seat other guest.

Horrible staff - they are open until 8pm, but they will not take orders after 7:30pm because they are cleaning their grills. Staff person was rude and condescending. No wonder New Yorkers have a bad rep. Or then maybe she was just ignorant.

From start to Finnish Heather made our large disorganized order seem easy and effortless and fun, ty Heather!! The Turkey dinner 3 course family meal deal is excellent !! Everything tasted as good as it looked and smelled. Im not sure why but I expected it to be bland and under seasoned...I was very wrong! It was like a mini Thanksgiving in june but better because I didnt have to wreck my kitchen 😂 Seriously everything was delicious right down to the cranberry sauce and chocolate chip cookies! For roughly 35 bucks there is definitely bang for your Buck with this family meal, we (2 of us ) will be eating this for a couple of days. Will absolutely get this meal again! A Extra ty for the extra containers so my daughter and I could share sides with each other! 🤗

We were exceptionally impressed with our waitress Charney. She was courteous and friendly. The food was delicious as always. We certainly will dine there again.

Good! Especially when you from out of town and looking for a decent breakfast. We had pancakes, bacon, eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, French Toast. Everything was great!

We went today around 12. The parking lot needed plowed. The restaurant was COLD. It took a long time to get our food, and when it came, our pancakes were doughy.The waitress took them back to have some new ones made. (I hate eating eggs and meat alone.) The waitress brought us new pancakes , and they were the same as the first ones. I asked the waitress if they a new cook because these were still doughy. She said no, and that he cooked these the same time as the other ones, because that was the way he did it. She then said it was probably because I had blueberries on mine. Duh! I told her my husband did not have blueberries. She responded with an "Oh."I will never order pancakes again, that is if we ever go back .

There are not many places to eat along , (I-86). If you missed out on Bemus Point's restaurants, head eastward toward Jamestown's exit. You will see the Bob's. This restaurant has been fairly criticized for being slow; it usually is. On our last visit service was fast, friendly, and attentive. The food was good -- much better than the usual offerings at a Bob's. So, why only two stars? The menu is boring and the recipes used make the food bland. There are a few bright spots (like the hamburgers) that move Bob's passed the fast food chains. Thus, this is a worthwhile stop.

Eat there couple times a month. Good food, freshly prepared. Good servers. Nice atmosphere, pricey but to be expected for this kind of dinner. Family dinning with sizes for the average person, seniors, and children. Crayons can be provided to keep kids busy. It's not casual dinning nor coat & tie dinning. It's a great gathering style resterant where your taken good care of. A dinning pleasure......

I went in and asked for a large coffee to go. I was charged for a large coffee. I was given a medium. I was polite when I pointed out that I was given a medium instead of a large. The lady was rude and walked away. I am not going to yell and scream over this but I will post a review over it.

Great family oriented venue, a fixture in America. Good home cooked meals and friends fly and wholesome service with a smile. Biscuits and gravy, chicken and noodles without the soup, country fried steak, hot chocolate to die for and more.

Staying next door at the hotel and Bob Evans is a convenient place to eat. Good salad and today I am trying their hamburger. Good service and rolls.

We dont have one of these back at home and made a plan to have breakfast here, holy packed house but the food and service explains it all staff super friendly, reasonable prices and good food

First time at this restaurant (I'm from Ohio, just visiting NY), and I am impressed. Good waitstaff despite being busy, smiling and cheerful despite numerous tables to help; hot, fresh food and frequent drink refills (which for me are necessary); comfortable temperature and no blaring music; and a menu that makes finding the right meal easy.

Restaurant only had 7 tables with people seated on a Sunday morning and it took an hour and a half for breakfast. Eggs were not hot. My meal was gone before daughters meal came. Pancakes were not good. Prices were high. Server was nice, but could not do anything about kitchen except apologise.

The waitress was SUPER nice. The food was hot when served and very tasty.

Service was good. My steak took 30 minutes to finally come out to me so the manager comped my meal. I still tipped my server since it wasn't her fault. All in all it was really good food.

Had my usual, cranberry bacon chicken salad. The small was more than I could eat so I have lunch for tomorrow. The service was also great.
